Current state of legal obligations in the context of the Agreement on Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area between Ukraine and the European Union
Abstract
The article is devoted to analyze Ukraine's compliance with legal obligations in accordance with the Association Agreement in such areas as access of goods to the markets, technical standards for industrial products, food safety and public procurement. The research of changes in certain areas of national legislation with the purpose of approximation to European and international standards indicates that in Ukraine there are currently a number of problems with compliance schedules of implementation of legal acts of the EU that are listed in the annexes to the Association Agreement.Key words: Association Agreement, free trade area, the adaptation of legislation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, technical regulations.
