ДО ПИТАННЯ ПЕРЕХIДНОГО ПРАВОСУДДЯ
Abstract
Розглянуто особливості здійснення перехідного правосуддя. Наведено визначення та цілі цього поняття, розкрито його історичні корені. Зазначено, що перехідне правосуддя включає судові та позасудові механізми, наприклад, переслідування, компенсацію, комісії зі встановлення правди, інституційні трансформації та поєднання вищезазначених елементів. Ключові слова: перехідне правосуддя, порушення прав людини, політичний режим, судові та позасудові механізми.References
