Abstract
Розглянуто процес вироблення рішення багатонаціональних концернів щодо пошуку й організації партнерства наавтомобілебудівному ринку з метою впровадження технологій паливної ефективності, розширення географічноїприсутності та посилення конкурентних позицій. Проаналізовано особливості формування та діяльності коопера-ційних утворень як особливого виду взаємодії на міжнародному ринку автомобільного виробництва. Досліджено мож-ливість аналізу результатів взаємодії стратегічних партнерів через аналіз фінансових і виробничих показників.Ключові слова: багатонаціональні підприємства, стратегічний альянс, злиття та поглинання, автомобілебудівніконцерни, кооперація, партнерство, конкуренція, стратегія.References
