Стаття присвячена аналізові договірного механізму співпраці України з Європейським Союзом. Автор досліджуєЄвропейську політику сусідства та її трансформацію у Східне партнерство як віддзеркалення "різношвидкісної "європейської інтеграції. Визначено основні пріоритети Східного партнерства, досліджено перспективи укладанняУкраїною угоди про асоціацію, що базуватиметься на поглибленій зоні вільної торгівлі.This article is devoted to the analysis of contractual mechanism of the EU-Ukraine cooperation. The author researches the EuropeanNeighbourhood Policy & its transformation to the Eastern Partnership as the result of "multispeed" European integration. Thefundamental priorities of the Eastern Partnership are described. Perspectives of new association agreement with Ukraine based on theenhanced free trade area are researched.
