ВИДИ КОМПЕТЕНЦІЇ РЕФОРМОВАНОГО ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу теоретичних і практичних питань розподілу повноважень у реформованому Євро-пейському союзі. Визначені основні нові сфери і види компетенції Союзу: внутрішня і зовнішня; визначена і дорозумі-ла; виключна, спільна, доповнюючи і спеціальна. Спеціальна увага приділена розгляду практики Суду ЄС стосовновстановлення правової основи і меж компетенції ЄС.This article is devoted to analyses of theoretical and practical issues of the distribution of powers in the reformed EuropeanUnion. There are determined main new spheres and types of the Union's competences: internal and external; express and implied;exclusive, shared, complementary and special. Special attention is paid to the consideration of the EU Court of Justicepractice in the establishment of legal ground and limits of the EU powers.
