ДИНАМІКА МІЖНАРОДНИХ СИСТЕМ: ПЕРЕРОЗПОДІЛ СИЛОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні положення теорії перерозподілу сили, критично оцінено методологічні засади, на-ведено приклади її застосування. Визначено сильні та слабкі місця теорії у порівнянні із іншими двома системнимитеоріями, пов'язаними із концепцією сили – гегемоністичної стабільності та силової рівноваги. Наведено оцінки су-часних світових політичних процесів з позиції теорії перерозподілу сили.The key elements of the power transition theory are presented in the article. Methodological assumptions are critically assessed,examples of theory application are given. Theory's pros and cons are examined, compared to other systemic level theories – hegemonicstability theory and balance of power theory. Current world political processes are studied through power transition theory implications.
