ДРУГА СВІТОВА ВІЙНА Й ПРОБЛЕМА СОБОРНОСТІ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ЗЕМЕЛЬ

Abstract

Анотація. В статті висвітлюються суперечливі міжнародно-політичні обставини входження західноукраїнських земель до складу СРСР і Української РСР у контексті проблеми Соборності України; окремої уваги надано аналізу драматичних процесів договірного оформлення української ділянки державного кордону між СРСР і Польщею на завершальному етапі Другої світової війни, а також з’ясовується їхній вплив на історичну й національну пам’ять українського народу.Ключові слова: анексія, антигітлерівська коаліція, державний кордон, договір, переговори. Abstract. The article spotlights contradictory international and political circumstances of entering Western-Ukrainian lands in the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR in the context of Ukraine’s conciliarism problem; special attention is paid to the analysis of dramatic processes of treaties’ formation of the Ukrainian part of the Soviet-Polish state border at the end of WWII, special attention is paid to their influence on historical and national memory of Ukrainian people.     Due to a number of international treaties of the Versailles system, that became the foundations of international relations system, and the failure of the National Revolution 1917-1920 Ukrainians found themselves divided between four states: USSR, Poland, Romania and Czechoslovakia. In the worst situation felt themselves Ukrainian population on Soviet territory, as the geopolitical strategy of the Bolshevik dictatorship after the defeat of Ukrainian National Republic was based precisely on the fact that as far as possible to minimize the Ukrainian SSR area with the purpose of decrease population, ethnically belonged or tended to Ukraine. With the approach of great European war, caused by Nazi Germany’ revenge that threatened escalation in the World, Ukrainian question, how many times in the past, again found itself on the agenda of international politics.     Decisions of the Yalta Conference 1945 meant the complete victory of Stalin's diplomacy and became an important part of the Kremlin implementing plans to expand the influence of the Soviet Union in Europe. Great Britain and the United States, in fact, agreed that Poland will remain in the orbit of the Soviet Union as a guarantor of “protective Wall” against traditional German aggression eastward. But the territorial unity of Ukraine (although without some specific ethnic Ukrainian areas of Poland, Slovakia and Romania) was implemented in general by the Soviet empire in its own interests - not least to take control of all Ukrainian lands and thus eliminate the possibility of any new cell of independent Ukrainian state.Keywords: annexation, the anti-Hitler coalition, state border, treaty, negotiations. Аннотация. В статье освещаются противоречивые международно-политические обстоятельства вхождения западноукраинских земель в состав СССР и Украинской ССР в контексте проблемы Соборности Украины; отдельное внимание уделено анализу драматических процессов договорного оформления украинского участка государственной границы между СССР и Польшей на завершающем этапе Второй мировой войны, а также выясняется их влияние на историческую и национальную память украинского народа.Ключевые слова: аннексия, антигитлеровская коалиция, государственная граница, договор, переговоры.
